Ebooks and audiobooks: These are instant digital downloads, so all sales are final and no refunds are given. You can listen to audiobook samples here or on any major platform before buying. If you accidentally buy the same digital item twice within 48 hours, contact us, and we’ll refund the duplicate.
Paperbacks: Print books are printed on demand and shipped by BookVault. We do not accept returns. We strongly recommend choosing a tracked shipping option at checkout where available. We can’t replace or refund parcels lost in transit when they were sent untracked. If your book arrives damaged or misprinted, contact us within 30 days of shipment with a photo, and we’ll help resolve it with the printer.
Prisons: Please check delivery restrictions before ordering. Most prisons do not allow coil-bound books.
